International Checkers is not to be confused with American Checkers or British Draughts due to its rule differences. It is played on a 10×10-square checker board with 20 pieces per player. This game is popular in European countries like France, The Netherlands, Russia, Poland and Belgium and in African nations like Congo, Senegal and Ivory Coast.
